Survey suggests more men are turning to alcohol to cope with stress at work
Increasing numbers of men are using alcohol to cope with the effects of work-related stress, a survey from vitamin firm Vitabiotics Wellman has found.
It found that one in five men had suffered from depression or experienced aggressive outbursts as a result of stress.
The survey found one in three men drink alcohol to try and switch off from work. While males working in legal services were found to be the most stressed.
