pfj has gained accreditation for its in-house professional training programmes that will lead to national qualifications provided by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

pfj can now run core skills training programmes towards the REC’s Certificate in Recruitment Practice.

To attain the accreditation, pfj submitted details of their consultants’ training programme to the REC, which conducted an audit against the content and syllabus of the Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
