McGuire hands over to Martin
Broadbean Technology managing director Dan McGuire will step down from the company on 10 November after eight years of building Broadbean into one of the UK’s fastest growing internet companies and a European leader in job advertisement distribution, response tracking and online search technology.
He will be succeeded by Dan Martin from the digital division of A&N Media (ANM), Broadbean’s parent company and leading digital publisher, where he was director of business development. During five years with ANM, Martin led over 10 acquisitions including that of Broadbean. He joined Associated Northcliffe Digital from Deloitte where he headed the media Mergers and Acquisitions team. Before working for Deloitte, he worked for Ernst & Young for five years within its media M&A team, and before that within the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley.
Martin said McGuire had done “an outstanding job…; and we wish him great success with whatever he pursues next”.
McGuire is leaving to pursue new ventures, according to a Broadbean statement. However, he will remain with the company for a short handover period.
