McCann Manchester has unveiled a talent development programme designed to help recruit, retain and develop talent across all areas of the agency.

The company says the programme, branded Talent Tree, is an integral part of its growth strategy and is aimed at attracting fresh new talent alongside nurturing existing talent within the agency.

The programme will implement a range of initiatives, including an apprenticeship scheme, graduate recruitment scheme, inspiration sessions and employee engagement programmes. It will initially focus on digital development and attracting talent to all areas of the agency before broadening its remit.

Darren Minshall, the company’s newly appointed people director (Recruiter, 15 September), says: “Talent Tree is a people and talent strategy with the simple aim to get the best and grow the best. There will be a renewed focus on our employer brand and the ways in which we engage and develop internal and external talent.”
