Advertising agency McCann Manchester has launched a graduate recruitment programme in support of its ‘Talent Tree’ people development strategy.
 

Advertising agency McCann Manchester has launched a graduate recruitment programme in support of its ‘Talent Tree’ people development strategy.
 
‘McCann Freshers’, a rolling three month programme will take on four graduates per quarter, starting in October. Graduates will be asked to deliver a final presentation before potentially securing a permanent position at the end of their placement.   
 
Darren Minshall, people director at McCann Manchester, says: “This is a really great opportunity for those interested in marketing communications to gain some practical experience of life in an agency.
 
“It will allow them make an informed decision about the career path most suited to them – and give them the chance to persuade us to make them an offer.
 
“As an agency, ensuring we have fresh talent entering the business is of vital importance especially in the area of digital where the ever changing landscape means a new perspective is vital.”
 
The scheme is open to any graduate (or equivalent) that lives in the UK. Places for the October entry are still available.
