McCall: Trainees not a priority

With managers having to cope with increased levels of business, hiring trainees is not a priority, according to Nick Bancroft, joint managing director at McCall.

Bancroft told Recruiter: “Demand has increased. For a lot of recruiters, if they take people without experience, that has an impact on managers as the manager has to train those individuals. Managers themselves are extremely busy at the moment. I have not seen a huge demand for the trainee market yet.”
