McAdam King launches business psychology firm

McAdam King, a Scottish recruitment consultancy with offices in Stirling and Glasgow, has launched McAdam King Business Psychology.

McAdam King, a Scottish recruitment consultancy with offices in Stirling and Glasgow, has launched McAdam King Business Psychology.

The new company will focus on the key staffing issues that affect the performance of many businesses today, including leadership and management development, talent retention and competency profiling.

It will be led by chartered occupational psychologist Rob Miller, now McAdam King director of business psychology and a specialist in evidence-based practice.

His client list includes Kelloggs, Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, Takeda, Grünenthal and Vallourec Mannesman Oil & Gas.

The new operation will become a sister business for McAdam King Recruitment and has created three new jobs, paving the way for further expansion.
