Scottish marketing recruiter Denholm Associates has established a new legal and business support division with the acquisition of Beaumont Legal, a firm led by Michelle Beaumont who joins the company as a managing consultant.

Beaumont Legal was established in May 2005 and founder Michelle Beaumont has experience in recruiting legal support and paralegal staff, as well as all levels of fee earners within the legal profession.

Denholm Associates has been extending its service into other sectors, such as sales and business support.

John Denholm, managing director, says: “The merge with Beaumont Legal will add a new dimension to the Denholm offering in a field we’ve never acted in before, but with Michelle’s expertise and reputation we will really be enhancing our level and scope of service offering.”
