Mansell Recruitment Group, the construction and rail specialist, has won a deal to handle the online recruitment for Corus Railway Infrastructure Services (CRIS).

The rolling agreement, won after a tendering process, started with around 80 job vacancies but is continuing.
West Sussex-based Mansell is using the industry-related websites Railway People and Just Rail to advertise positions. It will also be responsible for the pre-screening of applications, conducting full technical competency interviews with short-listed candidates, prior to full submittal to CRIS.

Jon Harrison, manager of the rail division at Mansell, said: “To fulfil its ambitions, CRIS has a need for experienced engineers in a variety of sectors, including bridge and infrastructure design and assessment, architecture, mechanical and electrical, to name a few.”
