Almost three in four (74%) of employers think the ideal future manager requires an equal understanding of both business and technology, according to new research from GIS software provider ESRI UK.

The research also shows 90% of HR leaders look for critical thinking skills in interviewees when recruiting, while 88% of HR leaders said location is essential when locating skilled staff.
