Encore sets up training academy to boost performance and quality

Midlands-based recruiter, Encore Personnel Services, has created a management training academy to provide in-house development to existing employees.

The newly developed programme is designed to provide training over a range of core subjects to develop the skills of aspiring managers and improve the knowledge of existing managers.

Taking place at the firm’s head office in Leicester, the course offers a syllabus including modules on staff development and coaching, staff motivation, recruitment and employment law, customer relations management and sales management.  The Encore directors will each undertake modules relating to their areas of expertise.  The courses will run throughout the year, on a day release format, and upon completion the delegates will ‘graduate’ with a presentation and a certificate of achievement.
