Pharmacist Lloydspharmacy has launched a smartphone trailer and presentation to help pharmacy graduates find out what it’s like to work at the pharmacy chain.

Pharmacist Lloydspharmacy has launched a smartphone trailer and presentation to help pharmacy graduates find out what it’s like to work at the pharmacy chain.

The platform also provides details of career progression possibilities, secondment opportunities abroad, support for Continuing Professional Development, benefits details of the benefits, as well as video interviews with former participants of the scheme and trainers.

The pre-registration programme is in line with the General Pharmaceutical Council’s requirements, which offers graduates practical pharmacy-based training as well as off the job development days to help improve understanding of professional and commercial topics.

Pre-registration trainee pharmacists will also attend Lloydspharmacy’s Foundation Management Programme, which helps develop the core pharmacy management skills.

Applications for the 2012 scheme close on 30 April with successful applicants starting in July.
