Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance record levels of lending to recruiters

Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance’s recruitment finance division has announced record levels of lending to UK recruiters, averaging £250m in 2010.

Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance’s recruitment finance division has announced record levels of lending to UK recruiters, averaging £250m in 2010.

The division has also seen its clients’ turnover in the market rise by almost 20% this year.

While overall client numbers have fallen slightly in the last two years, this has been mitigated by a marked increase in clients’ turnover, the firm says.

Stuart Talbot, head of the recruitment finance division of Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance, says: “We’re delighted to be working with such a wide range of UK recruiters supporting their finance needs. There are still likely to be many challenges in the market facing UK recruiters in 2011 and it will be hard work for many firms, but we remain committed to working with our clients wherever possible and looking to grow our position still further.”
