Uzair Bawany, the managing director of Contact Recruitment Group, had the chance to bend the ear of Conservative leader David Cameron earlier this week. Bawany used the opportunity to urge Cameron to "tackle the red tape and bureaucracy that surrounds staffing and employment legislation".
