RSA’s American office in New Jersey has been officially opened by HRH The Duke of Kent via a pair of scissors in the UK and a video link to the US.
Nick Stephens, RSA chief executive, said the company’s driving ambition had been to mirror its client base by growing globally. “We have been active in the US for more than a decade and a significant percentage of our business is US-based. As part of our global expansion we need to be at the centre of the life sciences industry. We also need to be near our customers to serve them better and understand their specific requirements.”
Over the past three years RSA has opened new offices in Germany, Switzerland, Singapore, central London and now the US.
The launch was also attended by the Lord Lieutenant for Hertfordshire, Sir Simon Bowes Lyon, and the Marquess of Salisbury.
