Legal recruiter Laurence Simons International, is partnering The Brokerage charity and is providing internship opportunities for students from inner city schools.

Laurence Simons’ first summer intern is Blu Reynolds, 18, who has just completed his A levels. Reynolds is spending the summer working on a variety of marketing and recruitment projects alongside the company’s consulting team.

Warren Kemp of Laurence Simons International says: “We chose Blu because he had taken the time and trouble to really understand out company and our business in advance of meeting us.

“We’ll carry on being enthusiastic supporters of this initiative because it allows us to give something back to the community and, at the same time, attracts a whole new raft of young talent to the recruitment industry.”

The Brokerage works with schools across a wide range of inner city boroughs with the aim of increasing the number of residents earning their livings in the business and financial services sector on their doorsteps.
