Recruitment training and performance development specialist Lander Associates has won a contract to deliver specialist training to Italian aeronautical and telecommunications recruiter Isati.

Lander will deliver training in techniques such as sales, qualifying vacancies and negotiation.
 
Amapola Fairtlough, director at Isati, says: “As our office language is English and sales training in the UK is a lot more advanced than in Italy, we were keen to invest in training from Britain.

“Our past experience with Lander Associates was very successful – consultants’ skills improved significantly and this was reflected in a great improvement in sales. We hope to replicate this success and look forward to working with Lander again.”
