Belfast-based software solutions provider Lagan Technologies is seeking software engineers, QA engineers, project managers and support analysts following the award of a contract by Brisbane City Council in Queensland, Australia.

The contract is for the supply of a customer relationship management (CRM) system to be implemented across a range of channels, including phone, web and mobile device. 

Des Speed, chief executive of Lagan, says: “This is further great news for the booming Belfast technology sector. The Brisbane win is a defining contract for Lagan, marking our entry into an important new region and underpinning our claim to global leadership in government to citizen (G2C) technology.
