Labor Ready has acquired Skilled Services Corp (SSC) for $25.5m (£12.75m) cash. Founded in 1993, SSC is a skilled construction trades staffing provider with 21 locations in Florida, Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado and North Carolina. SSC is expected to add about $30m of revenue for Labor Ready in 2007.
