Korn/Ferry International acquires Sensa Solutions
Korn/Ferry International has bought Sensa Solutions, a provider of management consulting to US federal government agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Korn/Ferry International has bought Sensa Solutions, a provider of management consulting to US federal government agencies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Sensa provides strategic planning, training, executive coaching and other services.
Sensa chief executive Vicki Tarallo will join Korn/Ferry and report to Ana Dutra, CEO of Korn/Ferry’s leadership and talent consulting group.
Korn/Ferry expects the deal to add to its earnings within 12 to 18 months.
Sensa appeared on Inc.magazine’s 2009 list of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies. Inc.magazine reported Sensa’s 2008 revenue was $9.4m (£5.4m).
