International recruiter Spring Group has appointed Steven Kirkpatrick as its new managing director of its general staffing division. 

The former Adecco managing director will be responsible for the Spring Personnel and Elizabeth Hunt brands of the group.

Peter Searle, chief executive of Spring Group, told Recruiter: “Steven is exceptionally experienced and a good hire for us. I worked with him for four years at Adecco.

“I needed a managing director for my general staffing and mid-range businesses, and Steven has taken that over. He will attract some good people and do a fantastic job. It is good news for us and good news for him.”
