Executive search firm Kinsey Allen International has launched a new cleantech division as a result of anticipated increased demand in the sector.

Executive search firm Kinsey Allen International has launched a new cleantech division as a result of anticipated increased demand in the sector.

The firm predicts that 13,000 jobs will be created in the UK cleantech sector next year due to investment from venture capital funds and private equity houses rising from £166m in 2010 to £325m in 2011.

Zoe Bennett has been appointed head of the new cleantech and renewables division, with responsibility for launching Kinsey Allen Cleantech and expanding Kinsey Allen International’s existing footprint in the cleantech and renewable sector. 

Based in London and Brighton the division will provide senior executive search services for cleantech businesses directly, as well as the venture capital and investment fund firms which invest in the sector.
