Jark Recruitment has report record turnover of £32.4m for the year ended March 31, 2006, up 25% on the previous year.

Chairman John Buckman said: “In a market, which has experienced an overall decline, this is an impressive achievement. It is in my opinion that the UK market is fragmented and, with the increase in legislation and competition, it is likely that the industry will go through a period of consolidation.”

The company aims to achieve a group turnover of £42.1m in the next financial year, Buckman added.
