Matthew Iveson, managing director, of CV Screen, said: “The IT jobs market has seen a definite change in the last 18 months, during which there has been a lot of online headhunting, and a higher response rate from potential candidates.
“This is great for the IT professional but is causing headaches for the employer as they are forced to find more innovative ways of recruiting and retaining their staff,” he added.
