Following the election of Nordics team leader (NTL) Rolf K Nilsen of Oslo-based Personal Utvelgelse, Nilsen says: “For us, and our partner members in Denmark, Sweden and Finland, IRC has exciting potential for our cross-border business – which benefits all our clients throughout the Nordic region.

“For our Nordic member partners, the IRC connection has the potential to develop more cross-border business, as clients increasingly recognise IRC’s global brand and the benefits of global network resources.”

During his NTL term, Nilsen aims to increase IRC’s awareness in the Nordic countries. He says: “Since 2009, all staff meet and discuss strategy and operations – it’s an important link in expanding the our network in the Nordic regions, and providing superior executive search capabilities.”
