IRC Global Executive Search Partners’ (IRC), the global professional network of independent executive search firms, is aiming to increase the network potential in the Nordic region.

Following the election of Nordics team leader (NTL) Rolf K Nilsen of Oslo-based Personal Utvelgelse, Nilsen says: “For us, and our partner members in Denmark, Sweden and Finland, IRC has exciting potential for our cross-border business – which benefits all our clients throughout the Nordic region.

During his NTL term, Nilsen aims to increase IRC’s awareness in the Nordic countries. He says: “Since 2009, all staff meet and discuss strategy and operations – it’s an important link in expanding the our network in the Nordic regions, and providing superior executive search capabilities.”
