SkillsMarket, the specialist recruitment industry software provider, has exclusively told Recruiter that it has raised £3m to finance a planned expansion of iProfiles, its online CV.
The software allows jobseekers to display their CVs, with changes instantly replicated across all databases held by iProfiles recruiters, and enables recruiters to compile candidate shortlists using searchable criteria.
The £3m funding was raised through private equity providers, Foresight Venture Partners and Octopus Ventures, and a number of private investors.
Roger Graham, SkillsMarket's chairman, said: "The vision is for the iProfiles to finally make the paper CV a thing of the past."
