The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Food and Drink Group is piloting a shadowing scheme to give graduates at least three months’ work experience within a food and drinks company.

IOSH’s Food and Drink Group Committee members include health & safety managers from UK food and drink manufacturers. The Shropshire Group, Britvic, Greencore, Dairy Crest and Tulip are some of the companies that have already pledged places.

A spokesperson for IOSH told Recruiter: “At the moment there have been around 15 places pledged, but there are many, many more in the pipeline as this is in its pilot stage.”
