Sue Brooks, managing director of Ochre House, called on delegates at Recruiter's second Annual Forum to build recruitment process outsourcing around knowledge transfer.
The founding member of the Workforce Development Group rejected the notion that RPO should adopt a traditional buyer/seller relationship. She claimed that in a complex, volatile time for recruitment, it was through collaboration that RPO could work globally, and that a transparency in dealings with HR was paramount.
She told delegates: "It's very much HR moving expertise into the business so they can develop that capability for themselves."
