Sapian-Solutions, a joint venture between InterQuest and business leader Ian Pope, has launched to provide niche recruitment services in the SAP market. InterQuest will own a majority stake in Sapien-Solutions.  

Pope has 12 years’ recruitment and sales management experience focused within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) space.

Sapian-Solutions is InterQuest’s fourth venture under its IQ Equity programme.  IQ Equity is the private equity division of the InterQuest Group, which aims to fund individuals or teams looking to start their own IT recruitment-related businesses. 

 Gary Ashworth, chairman of InterQuest, says: “We are delighted that Ian is joining us in Sapian-Solutions and we look forward to building a leading business in the expanding SAP marketplace.”

Pope adds: “I am happy to have joined forces with the team at InterQuest and believe that we can build a substantial niche-focused SAP business in the coming years.”
