INTERNATIONAL US: Reuters rumours suggests CHG could sell for over $1bn

Sources have told news agency Reuters that hospital staffing company CHG Healthcare Services has hired Goldman Sachs to advise on its potential sale, which could be worth over $1bn (£620m).

A company spokesperson tells Recruiter it is not in a position to comment on the speculation.

The firm, based in Utah, was founded in 1979 and employs over 1,400 people in seven offices across the US. It does business in all 50 states and has around $100m (£62.5m) in annual earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, Reuters notes.
