De Novo Legal, an international attorney document review and electronic discovery provider, will now provide executive search for law firm senior management, partners, associates and paralegals.

The firm has appointed Barry Bova as managing director – senior level placement and will manage the legal permanent placement division.

Formerly a partner at international executive retained search firm Kingsbury Wax Bova, Bova has more than 35 years of executive search experience for law firms, Fortune 500 corporations and financial institutions.
