Nearly two-thirds of employers in the UAE do not anticipate increasing the size of their workforce in the near future, according to a poll by Emirates247.com, but the website itself admits that its own results clash with other investigations.

However, the website notes that a recent survey by recruitment agency Antal showed that 68% of UAE businesses are planning to hire at middle and senior levels in the near future.

Yesterday, recruiter.co.ukreported a 7% increase in online recruitment activity in the country, according to jobsite Monster.
