Global HR and recruitment firm Talent2 has completed the privatisation process it announced at the start of the summer, and is now jointly owned by investment firm Morgan & Banks Investments (MBI) and staffing firm Allegis Group.

The firm maintains that it intends to “be the best end-to-end talent management organisation in the world by 2015”.

The joint venture between the two owners builds on an existing three-year strategic partnership between the two businesses.

Andrew Banks, co-founder of MBI, will continue as chair and Talent2’s John Rawlinson will remain as chief executive, while the company’s four offerings will remain the same, namely recruitment, payroll, learning and HR advisory.
