American HR software provider Jobscience has announced that TalentCloud solution, is being supported by eight IT providers worldwide.

TalentCloud allows companies to centralise recruitment, onboarding, training and management of employees across offices in different countries.

Ted Elliott, Jobscience’s chief executive, says “By embracing a CRM [customer relationship management] approach to human capital management and leveraging the power of Jobscience TalentCloud on the Force.com platform, they [businesses] can turn global talent acquisition, development and management challenges into a competitive advantage.”

Ambrose McGinn, chief executive at Jobscience client and global professional services solutions provider westbrook says “We’ve seen companies start workforces in new regions, upsize, downsize, reorganize and acquire other companies.
