HR experts and headhunters expect to see a 20% rise in the number of foreigners hired by Indian companies in the next year, reports Hong Kong’s South China Morning Post.

While barely any foreigners were working in India a decade back, nowadays the Foreigners’ Registration Office in New Delhi estimates there are around 50,000 overseas workers operating in the country today.

The Post also reports that some firms will hire a white business person when going out to meet a potential client, feeling it will raise their chances of getting a deal.
