Global executive search firm Odgers Berndtson has appointed Lisa Tromba as partner in the New York office within its consumer and industrial practices.

Global executive search firm Odgers Berndtson has appointed Lisa Tromba as partner in the New York office within its consumer and industrial practices.

Tromba will focus on executive search and leadership assessment engagements for global consumer/retail and industrial manufacturing organisations spanning the Fortune 500, as well as private equity-backed and held companies.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, she was a partner with Amrop Battalia Winston and a vice-president with AT Kearney Executive Search. Earlier, she was an associate with Herbert Mines Associates, the largest retained search firm focused exclusively on senior-level recruiting in the consumer sector.
