Hays Japan has appointed Jonathan Sampson as regional director for its Akasaka and Shinjuku offices.

Sampson will particularly focus on IT, accountancy and finance, HR, office and legal roles.

Sampson has over a decade of recruitment experience in Australia, the UK and Japan.

In the past two years, Hays Japan has grown its headcount from 80 to 130, moving from nine industry specialisms to 13 and adding a third office to its business.
