International appointments: Russell Reynolds hires Tycer for Houston

Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates has appointed Annika Tycer as executive director in the industrial/natural resources and corporate officers sectors.

Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates has appointed Annika Tycer as executive director in the industrial/natural resources and corporate officers sectors.

Tycer, who will be based in Houston, Texas, joins the firm following 12 years with McKinsey & Company. Most recently, she spent seven years as manager, professional development, where she was responsible for career development, performance evaluation and project assignments for consultants, as well as developing and executing project management training programmes.

Previously, she was an engagement manager, where she led project teams of McKinsey Associates and dedicated client staff to design and implement solutions for critical business challenges.
