Life sciences executive search firm RSA has appointed Michael Narden, Chris Rayner and Fleur Helble to its Swiss team, Justin Smith to its German team, Tristan Barnfather to its UK interims team and John Tonra, who comes on board as vice president of the Americas.

Narden has 11 years’ experience of life sciences executive search, while Rayner’s 30 years of experience in recruitment come across the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets. Both take the role of senior consultant.

Helble, a doctor of neuroscienece, joins as a researcher.

Smith joins RSA Germany’s Frankfurt team as associate consultant.

Barnfather will be based at RSA Interims’ Hertfordshire head office as a senior consultant, bringing with him 12 years’ recruitment experience.

Tonra has over 20 years of experience of the life sciences industry, including 15 as a hiring manager, when he starts his new role as vice president of RSA Americas.
