Business process outsourcer Talent2 has appointed Mary Sue Rogers as global managing director of its HR business.

Rogers joins from IBM’s global process services business, where she worked for nine years, being the global leader for the HR, learning and recruiting outsourcing business since 2007.

Rogers will lead Talent2’s payroll, HR advistory and learning business and is based in Sydney.
