US-based executive search and professional services firm hrQ, specialising in human resources, has appointed Cynthia Herr as vice president and managing director of the firm’s San Francisco Bay Are

US-based executive search and professional services firm hrQ, specialising in human resources, has appointed Cynthia Herr as vice president and managing director of the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area office.

Herr joins hrQ from Lee Hecht Harrison, a talent solutions company, where she was the vice president of business development since 2008.

She has more than 12 years’ experience selling human capital solutions to senior ranking executives and board members.

Molly McCoy, chief executive and founder of hrQ, says: “Cynthia is a well versed and knowledgeable leader in our business sector. She brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our firm. Her client partnering skills are specifically a strong cultural fit for hrQ.”
