Executive search firm Egon Zehnder International has appointed Trent Aulbaugh to lead its Houston, Texas office in the US and expanded the energy practice with two news consultants, also based in the Houston office.

Brian Harry and Catheryn Staveley join Egon Zehnder with experience in the energy industry.

Aulbaugh has served as a core member of Egon Zehnder’s global industrial practice group since 2007, serving clients across the energy and broader industrial sector.

Harry was previously head of the upstream energy practice at Wood Mackenzie Consulting where he oversaw strategic growth and development for global energy clients.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Staveley was a drilling engineer and held technical leadership roles at Schlumberger and Baker Hughes, both leading energy services organisations, and other energy firms.
