A new website from India is allowing employers to schedule and conduct live video interviews with candidates wherever they are in the world. WhereIsMyBoss.com, developed by PGC Infotech, also lets employers use a 'walk-in' interview feature to find out whether a candidate is online and then facilitates an instant interview.

A spokesperson for the careers site, WhereIsMyBoss (WIMB), told Recruiter that after an initial testing phase in the Indian market, it plans to go worldwide but says for now UK users can still use the Indian version of the site. "We are trying to give a better recruiting experience for both the recruitment agencies and employers," said the spokesperson. "WIMB can help find more relevant candidates, crossing geographic boundaries, cutting time, effort and cost."
