Whitehall Consultants has launched as a specialist supplier of Information communication technology and business change experts to the public sector. 

Michael Clark, who has almost a decade of experience working with the S3 Group, is the man behind Whitehall Consultants. 

He says he set up the company to offer a more personal, consultative approach to public sector recruitment, and will only supply experts who are proven deliverers on Public Sector ICT projects.
