Recruitment software provider i-Business Resources (i-BR) has entered into a strategic partnership with telecommunications firm Voxalis.

Under the agreement, for a monthly rental charge, hosted VoiP gives free UK landline telephone calls giving clients cost savings on monthly outgoings.
