Financial services talent management consultancy Hybridge has launched.

The brainchild of Andy Winterburgh and Rod Leefe, formerly managing director and chairman of finance and banking recruiter Witan Jardine, Hybridge works with individuals and organisations to identify talent and how best to put it to use.

The firm also identifies key mid- and senior-level talent from among their competitors, in addition to the broader market, and engages with these people to provide support and expertise to help them successfully manage the various phases of their career.
