Huntress buys Nomura stake

The senior management team of multi-sector recruiter Huntress has agreed a buy-out of the Nomura Private Equity holding in the company.
 

The senior management team of multi-sector recruiter Huntress has agreed a buy-out of the Nomura Private Equity holding in the company.
 
Under the transaction, Philip Marks, managing director of Hamilton Blake, and Di Bradbury, managing director of Huntress Commercial, join Huntress’ main board.  

The board has also appointed John Pullan and Geoff Lloyd as non-executive directors.

Stephen Ross, chairman of Huntress, says: “Already, we have seen significant increases in revenues and profit across every division within the Huntress Group during Q1 2010. The senior management team has demonstrated their commitment and belief in the company and we have added significant depth to the main board.”

Humly acquires London-based education recruiter

Digital education recruitment platform Humly has finalised the purchase of London-based supply agency Future Education.
