Hudson is to acquire Tony Keith Associates to better serve the talent needs of US multi-nationals operating in Asia. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of the year. "This deal brings together two leading recruitment brands in the Chinese market," said Gary Lazzarotto, chief executive officer of Hudson/Asia.
