Revenue for 2008 was $1.08bn (£75m), down from $1.17bn (£82m) for 2007.
The company’s statement said: “During the first quarter of 2009, the company expects to continue to streamline its operations in response to shifting market conditions. The company expects to have $3 - $5m [£2.09m - £3.48m] of restructuring charges during the first quarter of 2009.”
Hudson’s revenue was $207.4m (£144.4m) for the fourth quarter of 2008, down from $288.8m (£201.3m) in 2007.
It has 3,100 employees in 20 countries.
