Cardiff based Capital Law LLP has launched Capital HR, a specialist human resources consultancy that will work alongside its employment law team to support clients across the whole range of HR issues.

Joy Lewis, an HR Consultant with 10 years experience in the industry has been recruited to manage the business and head the team of independent HR consultants.
